Executive Committee
The Executive Committee is made of five initiated brothers who have shown exceptional leadership skills. All EC members have served on various committees in the chapter, and in those roles have shown that they are able and willing to lead the chapter.
Once a year elections are held for the Executive Committee. During the election process, members seeking a position explain how they will improve the chapter and the chapter as a whole votes for the candidates.
President
The President oversees all chapter operations and maintains contact with National Headquarters. He also maintains communication with alumni, the District Grand Master and Area Recruitment Managers.
Vice President- Administration
The Vice President of Administration ensures that all actions taken by and within the chapter are in accordance with the Kappa Sigma Constitution. He is also head of the Scholarship Committee and a non-voting member of the Standards Committee.
Vice President- Membership Development
The Vice President of Membership Development is in charge of the pledge education and is expected to compile all educational material used in membership training seminars. He also plays an intricate role in the Social and Rush Committee.
Vice President- Finances
The Vice President of Finances is entrusted with all chapter funds and oversees that these funds are handled properly. His responsibilities include the allocation of funds, ensuring all funds are received, and the spending of funds according to National and Chapter By-laws.
Vice President- Support
The Vice President of Support maintains all communication operations within the chapter. He records decisions made at chapter meetings and presents this information to the chapter and National Headquarters.
