Leaders are not born, but made and it is no secret that at the University of Montana, Kappa Sigma men are known as leaders among their peers.
Our chapter believes that there is a job for each member of the fraternity and we encourage each member to take up a leadership position in the chapter that appeals to them.
In Kappa Sigma, members learn communication skills, business etiquette, and social norms that are important for their future success. Countless Brothers have risen to the level of senator, governor and CEO, and they have said that Kappa Sigma gave them the leadership skills needed to succeed.
